According to the International Consumer Protection Law, the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests” and the “Repair Provisions, Replacement and return of certain goods” (issued by CSBTS and the Ministry of Finance), we offer the following warranty services:

2 years warranty on main components, including:

3.months warranty for replacement of essential components (e.g. fogger, lamp module)
No free warranty in the following cases (paid service possible):
[A] No warranty card or proof of purchase
[B] Modified or manipulated proof of purchase
[C] Damage caused by accident, improper use or misuse
[D] Own repairs or by unauthorised third parties
[E] Device still works, but warranty period has expired
The “three warranty period” starts with the date of purchase (repair times & delivery delays are not included). Within this period, users can request repair, exchange or return with a valid receipt.
Pick-up and return service in case of warranty:
If necessary, our company or an authorized service center will arrange the collection of defective components from you on site. After the repair, the return will also be made directly to your address.
